Dhruva began his career in the IT industry in 1988 and exposed to premium organizations such as L&T, PCL, Motorola, Hewlett Packard and NetSol before he began his enterprenurial career in 2006, founding Samartha InfoSolutions. His vast experience in IT industry, lead the way for him to master IT infrastructure including complex data centres, critical network infrastructure and crucial IT establishments.

Dhruva has fervent passion towards seving the society. He firmly believes that the success of any organization should help the society, than few individuals. All the three organizations under his group share and operate with that vision.

Shashank M G - Director SuVeechi Technologies , is an M.Tech graduate with 18+ years of IT experience in various roles.

He started his carrier as an electronics engineer at Albedo Systems Inc. designing electronic boards for some of the customer specific requirements. The cards developed by his team, was used in institutes like IISc, ISRO, NAL for data acquisition.

Prior to joining Samartha, he has served major organizations like, Hewlett Packard, Motorola & Network Solutions at different levels starting from System Administration till Development Operations Manager. During this time, he has successfully completed several migration projects.

Shashank has developed & implemented very efficient Software Configuration Management Plans for Medium & Large projects. His excellent technical solutioning was one of the major reasons behind the success of most of the projects he has worked.

Shashank is pioneered in implementing Fault & Performance solutions (HP's TeMip & PI tools) for NSN, Orckit & Huawei devices in GPON project. He has successfully managed complete implementation of OpenView Product for Telco Customers in India.
